Jovanny was clear in his communication, proactively helpful, and did not use any “pressure” tactics to sell the car. I’m grateful he was the one to help me with this 2023 Kia Niro Ev. 2 week update: the charging cable auto boutique provided with the car didn’t work, and Jovanny went out of his way after his work hours to meet me in town an exchange the cable for another that does work.
